What will I see?
After a drive through the Tuscan countryside, we reach Siena, famous for its Piazza del Campo, Palazzo Comunale, and Torre del Mangia. Every year, the famous "Palio" takes place here in Siena. Visit the popular Cathedral, which is one of the greatest examples of Middle Ages architecture, and admire the charming buildings along the lively narrow streets.
After another short drive, we reach the pleasant country estate of Monteriggioni. Close by, you will be served a lunch of typical Chianti products, including a selection of fine local wines that are cultivated with passion and expertise by the friendly owners of the farm.
Afterwards, we travel to the medieval town of San Gimignano, which is known for the "Vernaccia" wine that is produced there. A stroll in the town center means discovering true artistic jewels, such as Piazza della Cisterna, the Dome, Palazzo del Podestà and the Church of Sant'Agostino.
Finally, we reach the famous town of Pisa. Here, you can find the famous Leaning Tower, Baptistery, Monumental Graveyard, and Piazza Dei Miracoli. It is in the city of Pisa where you will find the greatest expressions of 12th and 13th century Romanesque architecture.
