What Will I See?
This sunset tour features a relaxing drive, fabulous views, and a feast of food and wine in a gorgeous 15th-century villa. Driving a vintage Fiat 500, you'll depart the city to explore the hills and be amazed by stunning views.
What Will I Do?
The Chianti wine region is a visual feast of monasteries, farmhouses, vineyards, olive groves, and cypress trees. After a quick driving lesson, we'll depart in a convoy of Fiat 500s while our guide entertains us with a history of the region. We'll drive through the famous Mille Miglia car rally to experience a panoramic slideshow of the stunning Florentine countryside, where the curving roadways are a pleasure to drive. We'll stop along the way to savor fabulous vistas and to be awed by the sight of Florence from above. Arriving at an ancient Renaissance villa, we'll begin our aperitivo adventure with a stroll through a 15th-century Italian garden. At the villa's private pool, we can relax and take in the sights and smells while savoring a traditional aperitivo spritz cocktail. We'll be treated to a delicious spread of locally-produced bruschetta, along with meats, cheeses, and some of the best Chianti in the world. The driving is done, so we can let the wine flow!
Why Should I Go?
The sunset tour boasts stunning views available only at the end of the day. It's a perfect way to relax and kick back after a long and busy day in the city.
