A truly involving experience followed by an expert Chef. You will learn how to prepare the "real" Neapolitan pizza, a “Buon Talenti” Ice –cream (from April to September) or a Tiramisù (from October to March) and the famous "Sorbetto", a frozen dessert with natural fruit juices.
Led by an expert and passionate chef and immersed in the magic of colors and aromas of organic quality raw materials, you will be able to express your creativity and manual skills. You will learn all activities involved in the creation and the working of the dough, following the traditional method for a tasty Neapolitan pizza. Our Chef will explaine you all the types of flour, the amount of ingredients needed, how to manipulate the dough and the products used for making the sauce.
You will discover the secrets for making a handmade ice-cream, the "gelato Buontalenti", which bears the name of the Florentine artist who invented gelato in the Renaissance, surprising and thrilling the guests during a sumptuous banquet offered by Medici family or, during the winter period, the most famous Italian Dessert “Tiramisu’”. It will be part of your class also the fragrant frozen dessert "Sorbetto", made using only the freshest natural ingredients.
A dinner with the prepared dishes follows, accompanied by drinks in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
