What will I do?
On this unique cooking course, an experienced and multilingual chef will instruct you on two traditional methods of making pasta from scratch, with fresh flour and eggs. As you master the methods of kneading pasta dough with a rolling pin, and shaping it with a pasta machine, you'll make three delicious variety of pasta, try three different sauces, and finish with a classic Italian dessert.
After the class, all participants will gather for a delicious and social lunch. You'll enjoy the dishes you prepared yourself with an exquisite Tuscan wine.
